Swimming Pool
If you take a short stroll of about 50 metres through the palm trees you will discover a beautifully tiled pool 14m x 7m, which has a shallow end for floating or a deep end for diving. There are sunbeds around the edge of the pool so if you get a little warm its not far to go for a cooling dip.
Beach/lounger towels are also provided with our compliments.
Shack Bar
Adjacent to the pool is our very own 'Shack Bar' made from wood with a traditional Portuguese roof, the bar offers the following: pool table, darts, Playstation2 (bring your own games), space invaders, fruit machine, juke box, card table and table tennis. There may be a small charge for the use of some of these items. The Shack Bar also benefits from satellite television and air conditioning. The bar is opened every day from 10am and is fitted with a fridge for our guests to put their own drinks and snacks in, the bar is then manned from 7pm until 2am when you are invited to purchase drinks (not compulsory). Our bar is run on a 'not for profit' basis so the drinks are very reasonable eg. bottle of beer €1.00, large spirit €2.00 there are also cocktails and wines available (the bar is for Quintalegre guests only).
There is also a shaded barbeque area for when you're in the mood to do some alfresco cooking.
